Insulation board for packaging cushioning (general type)

Using reclaimed and unused wood for the wooden parts. In addition to cushioning materials for packaging to prevent damage and scratches during internal transport and shipping, it is a lightweight board suitable for the core material of panels.

◆Lightweight and strong, suitable for panel core materials. It combines moderate lightweight and strength, making it ideal as a core material for various panels. ◆Light and easy to handle. The density of BT board is 0.24 to 0.25 g/cm³. It weighs approximately 4 kg (10 mm) to about 7 kg (15 mm) for a 3x6 foot size (specifications for typical products of 10 mm and 15 mm are listed). ◆Excellent thermal insulation. The structure, with intertwined wood fibers containing many air layers, excels in thermal insulation (thermal conductivity below 0.047 to 0.052 W/m·K), and when used as a core material for panels, it is expected to provide insulation benefits. ◆Excellent cutability. Can be cut with a circular saw or board cutter. ◆Human-friendly. It is not subject to formaldehyde notification. ◆100% recycled or unused wood used in the wood components. It uses construction demolition materials and recycled/unused wood from sawmills as raw materials, qualifying as an environmentally friendly product under the "Green Purchasing Law designated procurement items" and "Eco Mark products." ◆Typical applications include construction protective materials, cushioning and packaging materials, tatami flooring materials, fire starter bases, fragrance core materials, partition core materials, whiteboard core materials, ironing board core materials, substrate materials (for roofs, walls, etc.), and emergency shelter partition boards. ◆Typical product thicknesses are 6 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, and 15 mm.
